A 30% deposit and a signed agreement are required to officially reserve your wedding or event date. Dates are not confirmed until both the deposit and agreement are completed.

The remaining balance must be paid by the due date listed in your agreement. Final delivery may be delayed if the remaining balance has not been paid.

Deposits are used to reserve the date and cover preparation time. If a client cancels or reschedules, the deposit may be non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to our availability.

If additional coverage is requested on the event day, overtime may be added based on the hourly rate listed in your package or agreement.

Travel fees may apply for locations outside our regular service area. Destination weddings or events outside the GTA may require custom travel pricing.

Delivery times may vary depending on the package, season, and project size. Wedding sneak peeks are usually delivered within 1–2 weeks, and full wedding galleries may take approximately 2–3 months.

All final selected images are professionally edited with color correction, lighting adjustments, and our signature editing style. Advanced retouching, heavy background changes, or special edits may require an additional fee.

Final images and videos are delivered through an online gallery, digital link, USB, or another approved delivery method depending on the package.

We may collect your full name, email address, phone number, wedding or event date, venue details, service preferences, and any additional information you voluntarily provide through our website, email, WhatsApp, SMS, phone calls, or booking forms.

Your information may be used to respond to inquiries, provide quotes, prepare bookings, communicate about your event, send updates, improve our services, and send promotional messages if consent is provided.

By submitting your contact information, you may receive service updates, promotions, offers, reminders, or follow-up messages by email, phone, WhatsApp, or SMS. You can request to unsubscribe or stop receiving marketing messages at any time.

We may use trusted third-party tools such as email platforms, booking systems, payment processors, CRM tools, or messaging platforms to help provide our services. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function.

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for communication, booking records, legal requirements, customer service, and future promotional outreach unless you request deletion.
